Digital Dentures

The world of digital technology has  found its place in the fabrication of dentures.  

This innovative technology has allowed the patient experience to be both more comfortable and the resulting dentures to be more accurate.  

Here at the Southside Denture Centre we treat and assess every patient individually.  We will apply this digital technology to your situation, as much or as little, as needed in order to provide the best outcome. 

It is now as easy as the Denturist using a handheld wand to  take pictures of your teeth and gums (DIGITAL IMPRESSIONS) instead of having the tray filled with gaggy impression material put in your mouth. 

We can also apply another piece of digital technology to the making of IMPLANT DENTURES, called PHOTOGRAMMETRY .  This process uses very specialized, small, titanium gauges that are placed on your implants and are recorded by the DIGITAL IMPRESSION wand. The quality and precision of information captured via this process can reduce patient visits by 3-5 appointments, while providing near 100% accuracy to the implant denture. 

Digital technology can be used to fabricate any dental prosthesis, from highly accurate and comfortable implant retained dentures to partial and full dentures.
